These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of services by All Clean Revival (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to our cleaning services, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, curtain cleaning, and vehicle interior cleaning.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time, including descriptions, photos, measurements, and the condition of the items or areas to be cleaned.
Quoted pricing may be adjusted where:
- the actual size of the job differs from what was described,
- the level of soiling, staining, odour, pet contamination, or risk is greater than expected,
- additional services are requested,
- access is restricted or delayed, or
- the job requires substantially more labour, products, or time than reasonably anticipated.
Where possible, we will advise you of any price change before proceeding with additional work.
A booking is not confirmed until we accept it. We may request photos, measurements, access details, or other information before confirming the booking.
For larger, specialty, or premium jobs, we may require a deposit to secure the booking.
We reserve the right to decline a booking where:
- the job is outside our service scope,
- the condition of the site is unsafe,
- the client information is materially inaccurate,
- access cannot be safely provided, or
- the requested result is unrealistic.
You must provide safe, timely, and reasonable access to the service location and work areas at the booked time.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- the work area is accessible,
- there is a clear path for equipment,
- power and water are available where reasonably required,
- pets and children are kept away from the work area,
- fragile, delicate, and valuable items are removed or secured, and
- any heavy or bulky items that need to be moved for access have already been moved before our arrival.
Delays, blocked access, or inadequate preparation may reduce the scope of work, increase the service time, or result in additional charges.
For safety and liability reasons, All Clean Revival does not lift, move, drag, or reposition heavy furniture, whitegoods, or bulky items. This includes, but is not limited to, beds, sofas, wardrobes, cabinets, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, large desks, bookcases, and dining tables.
If you want areas underneath or behind such items cleaned, they must be moved by you before our arrival.
We may move light items only where safe and practical. We are not responsible for areas that cannot be accessed because heavy, bulky, fixed, or unstable items remain in place.
You are responsible for removing or securing fragile, valuable, delicate, or breakable items before the service begins. This includes, without limitation, glassware, ornaments, artwork, electronics, lamps, photo frames, collectibles, decorative items, and unstable furnishings.
We are not liable for damage to fragile or valuable items left in the work area where they may be affected during normal cleaning access, hose placement, equipment movement, or service performance, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
We use professional cleaning methods, equipment, and products to achieve the best possible improvement. However, we do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odours, marks, discoloration, shading, wear, or damage.
Some issues may be permanent or only partly removable due to:
- age,
- fibre or fabric damage,
- wear and tear,
- previous cleaning attempts,
- permanent staining,
- chemical alteration,
- sun fading,
- pet urine contamination,
- rust, dyes, ink, paint, cosmetics, or other specialty stains,
- mould, mildew, or water damage.
Our service is an improvement-focused service, not a restoration guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing.
Drying times vary depending on material type, airflow, weather, humidity, temperature, and level of soiling. Any drying time we provide is an estimate only.
You should follow any aftercare instructions we give you. We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- walking on damp surfaces too early,
- placing furniture back before adequate drying,
- poor ventilation after service,
- failure to follow aftercare guidance, or
- pre-existing damage becoming more visible after cleaning.
We may refuse to start, continue, or complete a service where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including where there is:
- aggressive behaviour,
- uncontrolled pets,
- biohazard risk outside the agreed scope,
- structural hazards,
- unsafe electricity or water access,
- excessive clutter,
- risk of injury, or
- risk of damage to property or equipment.
If we attend but cannot safely proceed, a call-out fee or partial charge may apply.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you should give as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation, call-out, or reattendance fee where:
- a booking is cancelled at short notice,
- no one is present to provide access,
- access is denied,
- the work area is not ready,
- the booking information provided was materially inaccurate, or
- the job cannot proceed for reasons within your control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the service.
For certain jobs, we may require:
- a deposit before attendance,
- progress payments, or
- full payment before release of final documents or completion for commercial work.
If payment is not made on time, we may suspend future bookings and recover reasonable costs associated with overdue accounts where permitted by law.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 24 hours of service completion so we have a fair opportunity to assess the issue.
Where required by law, or where we consider it appropriate, we may inspect the work and determine whether a re-clean, partial refund, or other remedy is appropriate.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, services come with consumer guarantees and, where those guarantees are not met, consumers may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to loss or damage that is reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach of these Terms & Conditions or failure to exercise due care and skill.
We are not liable for:
- pre-existing damage,
- normal wear and tear,
- permanent stains or odours,
- deterioration already present before cleaning,
- colour loss, shrinkage, seam separation, delamination, or texture change caused by the age or condition of the material,
- manufacturer defects,
- hidden defects,
- damage caused by unstable or incorrectly installed furniture or fittings,
- damage caused by items left in unsafe positions by the client,
except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Any extra work requested beyond the original booking may result in additional charges and extra time. We are not obliged to perform additional work unless agreed.
Where services are supplied to a business, office, property manager, real estate agency, or other commercial client, these Terms apply unless separate written terms have been agreed.
If your booking is for business purposes, some consumer protections may apply differently depending on the circumstances. Standard form business-to-business contracts may still be subject to unfair contract term laws, including for eligible small business contracts.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information, and should be read together with these Terms & Conditions. The Australian Privacy Principles require covered organisations to manage personal information openly and transparently.
Information on our website is general in nature and may change from time to time. Images, descriptions, and examples of results are illustrative only and do not guarantee identical outcomes for every job.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings from the effective date shown.
