All Clean Revival understands that plans can change. We ask that clients provide as much notice as possible if a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before the scheduled service time.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation, call-out, or reattendance fee where:
a booking is cancelled at short notice,
no one is present to provide access at the agreed time,
access is denied or delayed,
the work area is not ready for service,
the information provided at the time of booking was materially inaccurate, or
the appointment cannot proceed for reasons within the client’s control.
Late cancellations or last-minute rescheduling may affect scheduling availability and may result in additional charges, especially for larger or premium bookings where time has been specifically reserved.
If we arrive at the property and are unable to begin the service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or the service area not being properly prepared, we may charge a reasonable call-out fee and reschedule the appointment.
We may reschedule a booking where necessary due to unforeseen operational issues, weather conditions, equipment failure, illness, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative time.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
